THE REAL REASON I MADE A CHANGE
For years, I gave my career everything I had.
I poured my time, energy, expertise, and mental bandwidth into work that mattered. But over time, I began to question the trade-off.
The more I thought about the years ahead, the clearer it became: I didn't want to spend the next chapter of my life working harder just to maintain what I'd already built.
I wanted a different model.
A way to leverage my experience, create more flexibility and choice in how I lived and worked while creating the same or better income.
THE BUSINESS THAT WAS A BUST: I've always been drawn to leveraged income; investments, property, stocks and I naturally explored different business options.
I joined two different network marketing companies in my 20’s and 30’s, but looking back, the math never really added up for success. Late in my career, I also explored affiliate marketing but that was not a fit for me.
WHAT LED ME TO SUCCESS:
This wasn't about walking away from a career I loved. It was about expanding beyond the limits of a traditional work model.
Personal development and leadership education had been shaping my thinking for decades. From early mindset training in the late 90s to influential books like The 4-Hour Workweek, The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, Playing Big, and The Secret, I became fascinated by the connection between mindset, growth, and what's possible when we challenge our own limitations.
Then one day, I came across an opportunity that caught my attention on social media. That curiosity opened a door to a new way of thinking about work, growth, and what's possible in this next season of life.
