I come from a Pilates teacher back ground. I always need to work a flexible schedule no matter what I do. Flexibility isn't enough when you have a family of 4 and a strong travel bug!! I also needed a business to fit my flexible schedule. This business is exactly that. So we decided to take our family with the business on a 3 month trip to Australia and South East Asia. I have to pinch myself that this is my reality now. A business that is truly flexible!!

Hi! My name is Maureen Schlemko.
My husband and I have been married for over 30 years, and we’re proud parents of two incredible adult children. As they’ve stepped into lives of their own, we have embraced this season with a desire for greater flexibility to travel, to be present with family, and to design life on our terms.
I’m Canadian, and I spent many successful years in the education sector, developing leaders, shaping culture, and growing both hearts and minds through personal development. Empowering others to expand their thinking and potential has always been more than work, it’s been a calling. Now it was time to put that calling into another stream of income.
Today, I’m a purpose-driven entrepreneur building a flexible online business rooted in leadership and growth. I continue to do meaningful work but now with ownership, freedom, and alignment alongside driven, growth-oriented individuals committed to creating success in their next chapter.

THE PROBLEM THAT LED ME HERE:
I had built a meaningful career in education and now I was aiming for another income stream. I had done the responsible thing for decades by showing up, achieving, supporting others, building stability. But when my home grew quieter and I entered this new season of midlife, I knew it was time to take action on my next level for multiple streams of income.
What does leadership look like in this next season of my life creating multiple streams of income?
Nothing was broken but I recognized that I had mastered stability and now I was being called to expansion.
For years, I had helped others grow yet I had unconsciously capped my own growth by choosing what was responsible instead of what was possible. I was operating from quiet caution instead of bold ownership.
But deep down, I knew I wasn’t finished growing and I didn’t need another job.
I needed expansion, ownership and a future that was energizing.
WHAT LED ME TO SUCCESS:
This wasn’t about leaving a career. It was about expanding beyond it.
Personal development and leadership education had shaped my life for years. From early mindset training in the late 90s to studying influential works like The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People and Playing Big, I’ve always believed growth doesn’t stop, it can accelerate.
I was searching for ownership and an income stream by leveraging my leadership and communication skills with flexibility, mentorship and community.
THE BUSINESS THAT WAS A BOOM:
What I found was digital entrepreneurship in the personal development industry designed for experienced women ready to build a second chapter with intention. The most powerful transformation was internal by using the high-value digital products.
Through this journey, I recognized how often I had been operating from a subtle scarcity mindset — setting safe goals, thinking realistically instead of expansively. As I developed new leadership skills and shifted into an abundance mindset, everything changed. I showed up differently in my business and in my family. My relationships strengthened because I was leading with confidence, clarity, and belief instead of limitation.
Today, my work in the personal development and online business space allows me to:
